Priyadarshini College of Engineering and Technology, Nellore is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anatapur. The college will be the cradle for inventions and innovations. It will advance knowledge and scholarship to students in science, technology and liberal arts and equip them to handle the challenges of the nation and the world in 21st century.
The aim of the college is to be recognized as leaders in higher education and research and to develop human power with creativity, technology and passion for the betterment of India and humankind and to impart value based higher education turning out good engineers who are at the same time good individuals and good citizens in order that they may become useful members of an enlightened humane society.

Priyadarshini College Of Engineering & Technology, Nellore is established in the year 2005 with a view of imparting high quality education in engineering, under the Priyadarshini Educational Society. Priyadarshini Educational Society was established in the year 1985 by the young brothers P. Subbarami Reddy and P.V. Sreenatha Reddy with a mission to transform the young minds into master minds by imparting value oriented education with utmost discipline as core values, in the fields of Management, Computer Applications and Engineering.
Priyadarshini College of Engineering, Nellore is established in a sprawling area of 30 acres adjoining Nellore just 1.5 Km away from National Highway No-5. It is at a distance of 8 Km from both Bus and Railway stations of Nellore. The institute is easily accessible by autos and town-buses playing on the route, besides the college own transport.
